ExpenseAnywhere Corporation, based in Monroeville, PA, is a global leader in cloud-based corporate spend management automation solutions. Our highly automated, touchless, advanced solutions help businesses automate their Corporate Spend Management processes.

We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and well-rounded Office Admin with accounting experience to join our team on a full-time basis (M-F). (NOT REMOTE).

Immediate Start.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
Answer phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Schedule appointments and meetings and maintain calendars.
Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and databases.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations when required.
Support accounts payable/receivable processes and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Ensure office equipment is maintained and serviced as needed.
Assist management with special projects and administrative tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.

Qualifications:

5-7 years of Office Admin experience.
Associate or bachelor’s degree.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
